Pina Colada
Here is a recipe for a classic Pina Colada:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 1/2 cup of white rum
- 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup of cream of coconut
- 1 cup of ice
- Pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and ice.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of pineapple juice or water to thin it out.
- Pour the Pina Colada into glasses.
- You can garnish with pineapple wedges and maraschino cherries, if desired.
- Enjoy your delicious and tropical Pina Colada!
Note: You can adjust the amount of rum to your taste preference. To make a non-alcoholic version, simply omit the rum and add more pineapple juice or water to adjust the consistency.
